- Emails and CVs: if you write to us or send a CV to [email protected], we process the data you send to answer you or to consider your application.
- Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider and Cloudflare (which we use for security and content delivery) process your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver and protect the website.
- Spam protection: the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which processes information about your device and your interaction with the form to tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Fonts: the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.

- To answer your enquiries: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to messages addressed to us.
- To consider job applications: your consent.
- To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Google user data in ITIP Ads Tools
ITIP Ads Tools are internal software tools used only by authorized ITIP employees to report on, monitor and manage the Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics accounts of our group’s online stores. They are not offered to the public, and no one outside our team can sign in.
- What data we access: when an employee signs in with their Google account and grants access, the tools access advertising, product and analytics data of the accounts that this employee is allowed to use: campaign settings and performance, product data and statuses, website analytics reports and audiences, and data in our own Google Cloud project (BigQuery). We may also receive the employee’s email address to know who made a request or a change.
- How we use it: only to provide the tools’ functions to our team, that is reporting, monitoring and changes to our own advertising accounts approved by the team. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build user profiles.
- How we store and protect it: data is stored in our Google Cloud project and on company computers with restricted access. Access tokens are stored with restricted file permissions and are never published or shared.
- Sharing: we do not share Google user data with third parties, except service providers that process it on our behalf for these purposes (for example, cloud hosting and AI-assisted analysis tools used by our team), and when the law requires it.
- Retention and deletion: we keep reporting data as long as it is needed for our business purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed. Employees can revoke the tools’ access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and can ask us to delete related data by writing to [email protected].
- ITIP’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Who receives data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our website, email and internal tools (hosting, Cloudflare, Google), with companies of our group if your request concerns their online stores, and with public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers (for example, Google and Cloudflare) may process data outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area. In such cases we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and up to 3 years after our last contact.
- CVs: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- Technical logs: for the periods set by our hosting and security providers.
- Google user data: as described in section 4.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse with technical and organizational measures, including restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access only for authorized staff.
10. Children
